his great grandpa Gunter! This is the unfolding life of Gavin Clark, born February 11, 2005, at 12:22pm. We are Joyce and Sean. We were 41 years old once, and that was....., how old are you now Gavin? And we are full-on, deer-in-the-headlight, "maturing" parents. We're tired and happy, cranky and overjoyed. We're having a blast and worrying about everything now... This is our son. This is his blog.
Gavin is 11 months old today, can you believe it?! Here are some recent pictures of him playing at the park. Oh and by the way, he is crawling!!! This really just started Monday where he is putting one knee in front of the other to get to toys that he wanted - - before, his parents were rescuing him too much and or he would pull himself along the floor in an attempt to get to his toys. But now, we're having to put up barricades around the house.
It all begins with a Bloody Mary in Clayton California in the last honest get-your-teeth-kicked-in-if-you-say-Go-Niners cowboy bar in the Bay Area. Go Raiders!
The start of the hike - pace yourself now.
The valley below - our cars are way down there somewhere...

Yes, we were as tired as we look. Joyce from taking care of a sick Gavin all day and Sean from trying to keep the title of First Man on the Mountain (I missed by two minutes...)
And this final picture says it all..... (The Wiz has missed this hike only twice in it's 35 year history!)
